The delivery drivers can deliver your order when you are not at home. In that case, it will be picked up by a family member. 

If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible

You should receive your delivery within seven working days of placing your order.

Where the supply of your product(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, (for example, material shortages or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

If you have problem with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt.

You can initiate the return by logging into your account. Reverse pickup will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances you may be asked to send the product through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available.

A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the same account used for making payment against the respective order.

Refunds will be initiated after we receive and review the product at our warehouse.

Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order. Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
