Kaafirana will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against return arising due to erroneous input by customer. The customer take complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
It may take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. Please ensure that the product is well packed before handing over to our pickup Executive.
REFUND POLICY:
If you have problem with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount.
Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt.
You can initiate the return by logging into your account. Reverse pickup will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances you may be asked to send the product through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility isnot available.
A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the same account used for making payment against the respective order.

If you cancel your order the product will be not dispatched from our warehouse. Just log into your account and cancel the order.
Once cancellation has been processed, you will get the refund to the same account used for making payment within 7 business days.
